Designed by architect G.B. Bulmer in 1894, this Grade II listed building on Infirmary Street was originally home to the Yorkshire Penny Bank. The late-Victorian sandstone facade features intricate carvings of mythical creatures, heraldic shields, and weathered architectural details. Today known as Aspire Leeds, the structure retains its ornate masonry as commemorated by a Leeds Civic Trust blue plaque.
